Here's the best of what's available to watch in November.

The cast of Band of Brothers.

Sky Box Sets features a huge range of TV series from all over the world, allowing Sky TV customers to get stuck into every episode of a number of shows. Sky Box Sets lets you watch your chosen show from beginning to end, so there’s no waiting around for the next season to be uploaded. Viewers can watch whenever they want on-demand, via TV or mobile device. This is ideal for watching one episode at a time or bingeing a whole series at once. With so much choice on offer, it can be hard to pinpoint the essential Sky Box Sets viewing. Here’s our pick of the best.

Band of Brothers

If you’ve not yet seen this iconic WWII drama, now is the perfect time to jump in thanks to Sky Box Sets. Band of Brothers is co-produced by Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks and follows Easy Company through the duration of the war.

As you can imagine, Band of Brothers is a hard-hitting and heart-breaking drama that offers a unique perspective on the war by blending dramatic and documentary elements. The series also features a deep cast that includes Damian Lewis, David Schwimmer, Ron Livingston and Colin Hanks among many more. Whilst at times it’s not an easy watch, Band of Brothers is still a vital watch for anyone interested in the history of the era.

Atlanta

Donald Glover’s subversive and hilarious comedy is available to watch in full now. Atlanta is set in the titular city and sees two cousins try to rise to the top of the Atlanta rap scene, navigating bizarre and sometimes dark circumstances in often hysterical ways.

Atlanta is one of the best original comedies in years, offering a unique and underserved perspective on people trying to make it to the top. Donald Glover, Brian Tyree Henry and Lakeith Stanfield all put in interesting performances and season 2 of the series takes the oddness and subversion to another level. Check out both seasons now.

Get Shorty

This comedy-drama stars Chris O’Dowd and Ray Romano and is inspired by the Elmore Leonard novel of the same name. Get Shorty follows Miles Daly, a mob enforcer who tries to go straight by becoming a Hollywood producer, but inadvertently brings his world of crime with him to the bright lights of LA.

Whilst you might have already read the book or watch the film adaptation, Get Shorty the series is still worth dipping into if you’re a fan of noir stories tinged with comedic elements. O’Dowd turns in a good performance as a jaded hard man and is supported by the fast-paced script and interesting direction. Watch both seasons now.

Stan Against Evil

Unashamedly a knock-off of Ash vs. Evil Dead, Stan Against Evil follows ex-sheriff Stan as he fights off demons, witches and spirits who infest his small, New Hampshire town. If you’re a fan of Ash vs. Evil Dead, you might think this is not worth bothering with, but Stan Against Evil still manages to be entertaining in its own right thanks to the presence of John C. McGinley (who you’ll know as Doctor Cox in Scrubs) in the main role.

Stan Against Evil offers a fun and fast-paced time, filled with plenty of horror splatter and humour. With episodes being less than half an hour long, it’s easy enough to binge your way through many at a time. Watch all 3 seasons right now on Sky Box Sets.

Marvel’s Runaways

This SyFy original series offers one of the many doses of superhero action available, putting a teen drama spin on a formula many have seen before in films and TV show. Runaways follows a group of superpowered teens who unite against their parents - a sinister group called The Pride.

Runaways is set in Marvel’s ever-expanding MCU, offering a similar superhero team-up to The Avengers. The series is simple but effective, giving viewers a unique perspective on superhero tropes and dipping into darker themes than you might expect. If you’re not bothered about superheroes, this won’t change your mind, but Runaways is a good time for those interested in the genre.
