American Psycho TV series in the works
It's not known if it will follow an older version of Christian Bale's Patrick Bateman.

A TV series based on the 2001 film American Psycho is in development.
Rumours of such a project have been swirling around for a while but Lionsgate chairman Kevin Beggs has now officially confirmed it’s in the works.
“We’ve just wrapped up Dear White People which was a really good experience, Blindspotting is coming up, American Psycho is in development,” he said during an interview with Deadline.
“We’re always exploring what we can do in television with something like the Saw franchise, so that’s a conversation.”
Anything else about the series has yet to be revealed, including whether or not it will serve as a sequel to Mary Harron’s film or focus on a new original character.
Based on the controversial book of the same name by Brett Easton Ellis, American Psycho follows wealthy Wall Street trader Patrick Bateman (Christian Bale) who is secretly a psychopathic serial killer.
William Defoe, Jared Leto, Chloe Sevigny, Justin Theroux, Josh Lucas, Matt Ross and Reese Witherspoon also star.
You can stream American Psycho on Netflix now.
