Despite Crystal Palace's recent first victory against current champions Chelsea, the side are still in desperate need of points - giving their home fixture against Manchester City on New Year's Eve even more pressure.
This season is seeing Premiere League matches played on a wider variety of days, with its December fixtures featuring Tuesday and Wednesday night games.
As well as the Premier League, BT Sport viewers will also be able to catch all the action from the Champion's League exclusively across the channels and digitally.
Head of BT Sport, Simon Green, said that this was one of the biggest winters for sport since the network began.
“December and the Christmas period is always a busy time for football fans. BT Sport is showing a vast amount of live sport, including the biggest event in the cricket calendar, the Ashes and the culmination of the group stages in the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League. As ever, BT Sport will be showcasing outstanding matches in the Premier League with games featuring the title and European competition contenders.”
