Disenchantment part 2 to air in September

Princess Bean is back at the end of summer.

Netflix animated series Disenchantment is set to return this September.

The series, which was created by Simpsons and Futurama writer Matt Groening, first aired in August 2018, meaning it's been a long wait between new episodes.

Disenchantment follows a princess as she tries to save her kingdom with her “personal demon” Luci and annoying elf friend Elfo.

Despite the gap between episodes, this won’t technically be the second season but rather the second part of season 1.

Disenchantment has received mixed views from critics and fans, with many saying it has not reached the heights of Groening’s other shows.

That said, the series has plenty of time to find its feet, with The Simpsons running well into 30 seasons.

It has not yet been announced how many episodes this will run to, though it is likely to be similar to the original 10.

You can watch part 2 of Disenchantment from September 20th and catch the first part right now.
