First trailer for Final Space season 2

The first trailer for the second season of Final Space has debuted online. 

The minute-long clip promises more brilliantly weird adventures for former prisoner Gary Goodspeed (Olan Rogers) and his mismatched crew. 

They must navigate explosions, frantic spaceship battles, lasers, giant dragons and hostile robots in an effort to save Titan Bolo (Keith David). 

A host of new villains, voiced by Firefly’s Alan Tudyk, Christopher Judge and Claudia Blank, are also set to cause problems.  

US cable network TBS have increased the episode count for this season from 10 to 13 following a positive critical reception. 

Created by YouTube comedian Rogers with talk show host Conan O’Brien serving as executive producer, Final Space debuted last year on Netflix here in the UK. 

David Tennant, comedian Fred Armisen, Ron Perlman, Tika Sumpter and Stranger Things actress Shannon Purser are amongst the high-profile voice cast. 

A more specific release date has yet to be confirmed but fans can expect to see the second series of Final Space sometime in summer 2019.
