Killing Eve renewed for season 4
The series is likely to premiere in spring 2021.
BBC America has renewed its BAFTA award-winning spy thriller Killing Eve for season four.
This announcement comes ahead of the third season’s premiere sometime in spring 2020 meaning there’s not currently a lot of information available.
Once again, another female writer will take over from season three showrunner Suzanne Heathcote but it’s not yet been decided who that’ll be.
Following the series release schedule, the fourth season of Killing Eve is likely to appear sometime in spring 2021.
It’s unclear where exactly the upcoming third season will pick up following the shocking cliffhanger at the end of season two.
Game of Thrones’s Gemma Whelan, Predrag Bjelac and Steve Pemberton are among those joining Sandra Oh’s MI5 agent Eve and Jodie Comer’s stylish, psychopathic assassin Villanelle in the cast.
“How could we not have massive confidence in Killing Eve? It has won big in every major award show and is the highest growing show on U.S. television for six years,” said Sarah Barnett, the president of AMC Networks Entertainment Group and AMC Studios.
