The End of the F***ing World to return in November
Viewers will be able to stream all eight new episodes on All4.
The End of the F***ing World will return for a second series in November, Channel 4 has confirmed.
Episodes will be broadcast weekly on Channel 4 or, for those who can’t wait, all eight will become available for streaming on All4 following the premiere.
Other than the recent reveal that it’ll pick up two years after the events of the first, plot details for this second series are still quite scarce.
Newly released photos don’t give any hint to the resolution of last season’s cliffhanger, which potentially saw James (Alex Lawther) shot by police as he ran away across the beach.
Instead, they simply show Alyssa (Jessica Barden) in a waitress outfit and introduce new character Bonnie (Star Wars’s Naomi Ackie) who is described as having “a troubled past.”
Based on Charles Foreman’s graphic novel of the same, The End of the F***ing World received critical acclaim when it debuted back in 2017
The whole series became available on Netflix soon after its Channel 4 debut, which opened it up to praise from an international audience.
It's thought that this new season will follow a similar timeframe and arrive on the streaming service sometime early next year.
You can stream the entire first season of The End of the F***ing World on Netflix now.
