These are the Digital TV '£25 Prepaid Mastercard offer' terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility: This Campaign is open only to those who sign up to a Virgin Media TV and/or Broadband Package through the Digital TV Contact Centre (i.e. via Phone) between Monday February 1st 08:00 GMT and Friday February 26th 18:00 GMT. Orders that are placed through the website or are outside of the applicable time frames will not be eligible.

2. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of the United Kingdom and is void where prohibited by law. You must be 18+ in order to place an order for TV and/or Broadband. Digital TV is a trading name of UK Web Media Limited, part of the Comparison Technologies LTD group of companies.

3. How to Enter: Anyone who successfully places an order to a Virgin Media TV and/or Broadband Package through Digital TV Contact Centre between Monday February 1st 10:00 GMT and Friday February 26th 18:00 GMT will receive a £25 Prepaid Mastercard.  Only one Prepaid Mastercard is available per person(s). You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Comparison Technologies.

4. It takes between 60 and 90 days after your installation date for your purchase to be verified as eligible for a voucher. If you cancel your order within your 14-day cooling off period or the provider is unable to fulfil your order, you will no longer be eligible to receive a Prepaid Mastercard.

5. Once verified, details of how to claim the voucher will be sent to the email address you have provided. You will then have 90 days to claim this voucher.

6. Please check the redemption instructions and terms and conditions of your chosen reward.

7. Orders purchased through our partners and other affiliate sites will not qualify.

8. This promotion cannot be combined with any other voucher, offer, and discount or promotion code and may not be redeemed for cash. If this is used alongside another offer or discount you will not be eligible for the offer.

9. Terms & Conditions: Comparison Technologies reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Comparison Technologies’ control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. Comparison Technologies reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the order process or the operation of the Campaign or violates these Terms & Conditions. Comparison Technologies has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Campaign, to void eligibility for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same person using different names. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Comparison Technologies reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Comparison Technologies and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any offer or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

12. If you have any questions or have not received your Voucher 90 days after your installation date, please contact hello@giftcloud.com. It is advised that you do not contact Virgin Media directly regarding this voucher, unless you have a question regarding installation or queries regarding the operation use of your package.

Placing an Order to Virgin Media through the Digital TV Contact Centre during the promotional period will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
