Customers can get a combination of 1, 2, 3 or all Sky Sports channels, including Sky Sports Premier League, Sky Sports Football, Sky Sports F1, Sky Sports Golf, Sky Sports Cricket, Sky Sports Arena and Sky Sports Action. Getting all the channels together also grants you access to the new Sky Sports Main Event channel.

Sky Sports Premier League

Sky Sports has the rights to 128 Premier League games - all exclusively shown on Sky Sports Premier League. Sky Sports PL broadcasts action across Monday nights, Friday nights, Saturdays and Sunday throughout the season. This dedicated channel will also include exclusive interviews, documentaries, behind-the-scenes access, news and highlights surrounding the Premier League.

Sky Sports Football

The second football channel, Sky Sports Football, will feature live matches from other leagues all over the world, including the English Football League, La Liga, SPFL and the Carabao Cup. Viewers will also be able to tune into the 2020 Euro qualifiers.

For a true football fan, buying a Sky Sports package is a must, as it’ll allow you watch your favourite teams on demand. To see how much investing in any of the Sky Sports channels will cost you, head down to the bottom of the page and read the information under the subheading, How much is Sky Sports?

Sky Sports Cricket

Sky Sports Cricket offers unrivalled coverage of cricket in all forms of the game, at both county and international level. Watch One Day, Test and Twenty20 with expert punditry and highlights programmes offering all the best bits. The Ashes is one of Sky's major sporting coverage highlights, and is not to be missed by fans.

You'll also get all the live action from the Solheim Cup alongside exclusive interviews and even golf masterclasses with coaches like Butch Harmon to help improve your own game.

Sky Sports Rugby

While the popular Gallagher Premiership is exclusive to BT Sport, you can still catch a lot of rugby on Sky Sports. The popular Super Rugby league, involving teams from New Zealand, Australia, South Africa and Argentina, is shown regularly on  Sky, along with the Live Mitre 10 Cup, the tournament for New Zealand unions. International rugby is also shown on Sky Sports, such as the Rugby Championship, where Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Argentina go head-to-head over a series of matches.

Sky Sports F1 HD

Sky has the exclusive rights to show every single race of the F1 season, and a new channel has been launched dedicated to giving F1 the coverage it deserves. Sky Sports F1 HD is packed with interviews, technical information and updates, highlights, expert punditry and analysis, on-board cameras and of course all the live action with NO ad breaks.

F1 has never had coverage like this, and viewers will be able to enjoy every aspect of this intense, high-octane sport from the comfort of their own home.  F1 commentary favourites Martin Brundle and David Croft make up the Sky F1 team, along with pit lane pro Ted Kravitz.

Sky Sports Action and Arena

Sky Sports Mix

On Sky Sports Mix you'll be able to watch action from sports you won't find on the other Sky Sports channels. Upon launch, it was promoted as bringing a variety of sport to millions of new viewers, strengthening Sky's status as the leader and first choice in UK sports broadcasting.

Sky Sports News

This channel brings you rolling news, 24 hours a day, from the world of sport. Everything from the breaking transfer stories to the latest interviews, as well as analysis, discussion, debate and highlights feature on Sky Sports News, so it's great for catching up with what's going on.

Sky Sports in HD

High definition viewing of your favourite sports is available when you sign up to a Sky Sports package. Catch the latest action in stunning visuals, with every Sky Sport channel available in HD.

How can I watch Sky Sports?

There are various ways to start watching Sky Sports. The obvious way is using your Sky Box with your Sky TV package, but you can also watch Sky Sports with Virgin TV with the appropriate television bundle (Virgin’s Ultimate Oomph package).

You can also watch Sky Sports on the go with the Sky Go app, which is available for download on iOS, Android, Fire OD, Windows, Mac and Huawei.

Can I watch Sky Sports on NOW TV?

You can watch your favourite sports games using your NOW TV account via the NOW TV app.

Watching Sky Sports works by buying passes. There are two Sky Sports passes available with NOW TV, the Day Pass and the Month Pass. The Day Pass is £9.99 and will last for 24 hours, and the Month Pass will cost £33.99. The Month Pass will also come with a 7 free trial of Boost HD, allowing you to watch your favourite sports in full HD.

Unless it is cancelled, NOW TV’s Month Pass for Sky Sports will auto-renew, whereas the Day Pass will not. So if you only intend to pay for a month, be sure to cancel it before it renews, along with the Boost HD Pass which will also auto-renew after the sevens days at £3 a month.

How much is Sky Sports?

With the new Sky Sports, you only pay for the sports you love. Viewers will be able to choose whatever channels they're interested in watching without taking ones they won't watch, meaning you can personalise your Sky Sports package to suit you, and not pay unnecessarily for the channels you won’t use.

How much you’ll pay for Sky Sports depends on how many channels you opt for:

  • Choose one Sky Sports channel for £18 a month
  • Choose two Sky Sports channels for £22 a month
  • Complete Sports Pack for £30 a month
  • Have all Sky Sports plus BT Sport for £55 a month

These costs are put on top of your existing Sky TV package. If you choose to own all Sky Sports channels via the Complete Sports Pack for £30 a month, then it's an 18-month minimum subscription, so existing customers would effectively be restarting their contract, but the new pricing system makes it an eye-catching option. This is also the case with the Sky Sport and BT Sport package.

Be sure to keep an eye out, because Sky often does offers on the cost of their Sky Sports channels. For example, we often see two channels for the price of one to get customers to sign up.
